What makes your service different from a traditional full-commission Realtor®?
We offer top-tier service without unnecessary costs. We leverage the same advanced marketing and technology as national firms but with a strong commitment to treating clients like individuals, not just another transaction.
What if I start with the Market Pro Kit but decide I need more help later?
You can upgrade to a more comprehensive plan at any time—no penalties. We’ll simply amend your listing agreement and switch to the Full Service Virtual or Traditional Listing if you need added support.
Are there any hidden fees or fine print to worry about?
No hidden fees. Our packages clearly spell out the upfront fee and any commission due at closing. We don’t charge cancellation fees; the only non‑refundable portion is the initial fee.
Do I get the same MLS exposure as with a traditional agent?
Yes. Your listing goes into the same Multiple Listing Service (MLS) used by traditional agents. It also syndicates to all popular websites like Zillow, Realtor.com, and Trulia, so buyers and buyer’s agents see your property just like any other listing.
Why is there an upfront fee if I’m also paying a commission at closing?
The upfront fee covers initial listing expenses such as creating and placing your MLS listing, administrative setup, photography (if included in your package), and access to our tools. The commission at closing covers the full service support throughout the transaction.
How do you help with pricing my home correctly?
All packages come with some level of consultation. In our Full Service plans, we provide ongoing, in-depth market analyses and pricing guidance. Even in the Market Pro Kit, you can use one of your consultations to discuss pricing strategy.
What if my home doesn’t sell within the listing term?
Our Market Pro Kit includes an 18-month listing duration, which is quite generous. For our Full Service listings, you choose the duration. If the listing expires, you can renew or discuss alternative strategies with us.
What if I’m not comfortable with negotiations or legal paperwork in the lower-tier plan?
With Market Pro, you still get three consultations that can cover negotiations and contract compliance. If you prefer more hands-on negotiation help, one of our Full Service packages is a better fit, or you can upgrade anytime.
Will my listing say ‘discount’ or ‘limited service’ anywhere?
No. The listing won’t be labeled as “discount” or “limited” in the MLS; it appears like any other listing. We comply with MLS rules but do not highlight your commission structure publicly.
